Preparation

The great advantage of this recipe is that we will not have to knead. Thus,  we can do everything in the blender glass, since the dough is quite liquid.

  • First, we will put the eggs in the mixer and beat them well.
  • Then we will add the oil, salt, spices and water.
  • Besides, in a bowl, we will mix the three flours well and incorporate them to the rest of the ingredients.
  • We can add a part of the seeds to the dough, or we can leave them all for the surface of the crackers .

In this way they will be well toasted and tasty.

  • Cover the mixture with a paper film transparent and will put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, to stand and settle.
  • In a large and flat oven tray we will place a non-stick paper, we will grease it with oil so that it does not stick and we will spread the dough.
  • On top we will sprinkle all the seeds well distributed.
  • We will preheat the oven to 220 ºC and bake for 20 or 30 minutes.
  • When we take it out of the oven we will let it cool and, later, we will break the dough into small pieces.
  • If the seeds become too detached from the surface, we can bathe them with beaten egg before putting them in the oven.
