  • 250 grams of prawns.

  • 150 grams of cooked corn.
  • 100 grams of lettuce.
  • 200 grams of cottage cheese.
  • Chili peppers to taste.
  • Salt to taste.

How do you prepare?

  • In a saucepan, first place the water with a little salt and heat. When it starts to boil, add the prawns and remove them after a minute. Place them in a container with cold water to cut the cooking.
  • Then wash the lettuce, dry it well and cut it into julienne strips.
  • In a bowl, place the cottage cheese, then mash it with the tip of a fork.
  • Peel the spring onion and cut it as finely as possible (you can also grate it).
  • Incorporate it into the cottage cheese and also add the cooked corn (you can buy it that way).
  • Season to taste.
  • Spread the tortillas on a tray.
  • Spread them with the sauce of your choice (it can be guacamole, white cheese, etc).
  • Fill with the lettuce, add a little shrimp and then cover with the cottage cheese mixture.

Ingredients

  • 600 grams of prawns.
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
  • 12 corn tortillas.
  • 1 spring onion.
  • 12 tablespoons sour cream.

For the sauce

  • 1 onion.
  • A tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 hot chili peppers.
  • 3 garlic cloves.
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander.
  • One teaspoon of ground cumin.
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
  • 450 grams of tomatoes.
  • The juice of half a lemon.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Steps to follow

  • Make the sauce first. To do this, heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion for about 5 minutes.
  • Cut the pepper and chilies into thin strips and add them to the sauce.
  • Then add the finely chopped garlic, coriander, cumin and sugar, stirring for 2 minutes.
  • Peel and dice the tomatoes and add them to the preparation.
  • Pour in the lemon juice and salt and pepper as well.
  • When it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook 10 minutes.
  • Chop the parsley and then add it together with the prawns in the sauce, cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes until the prawns are cooked and pink.
  • In a baking tray, spread a little oil and arrange the tortillas, heat for 2 minutes at 180 ° C.
  • For serving time:  pour a tablespoon of shrimp with sauce and a tablespoon of sour cream on top, then roll up the table.

Ingredients

  • 24 prawns.
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 chili peppers in adobo.
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • A handle.
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 jalapeno pepper.
  • ½ red onion.
  • ½ cup of chopped cilantro.
  • The juice of two lemons.
  • ½ teaspoon of cumin.
  • 8 corn tortillas.

Instructions

  • First marinate the prawns: peel them and place them in a container next to the garlic, also the chopped chili peppers with their sauce and oil, cover and put in the fridge for half an hour.
  • Prepare the mango sauce: peel and cut the fruit, mash until it forms a paste.
  • Make the guacamole, removing the pulp from the avocado and mixing it with lemon juice and cumin. Mash everything with a fork.
  • Then keep both in the fridge for a few minutes.
  • Heat the corn tortillas in the skillet with cooking spray.
  • Take the prawns out of the fridge and cook them with their sauce in a pan until tender.
  • Finally, assemble the tacos: stretch the tortilla on a tray, put a tablespoon of guacamole, three prawns and a tablespoon of mango sauce. Sprinkle with coriander and also add the hot sauce that you like the most.
