All you have to do is wash a carrot (raw) and put it in the blender along with a tablespoon of aloe, the pulp from the center. Finally add half a glass of water to obtain a homogeneous juice and remember to drink it every afternoon.

To make it with oatmeal, mix water with a little oatmeal and spread it over your face in circular motions. Afterwards, we will make an infusion with two bags of chamomile. Once ready, we will leave it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. When it is slightly cold, we will apply it to our skin with a cotton ball. If you wish, twice a week you can do without this chamomile infusion, to apply a little aloe vera gel. It is also very suitable to achieve firmness on our face.

5. How about doing some physical exercise… and facial?

We are sure that every day, you already practice some exercise. It costs you nothing to go out for a walk with a friend, or to ride your bike, or even to dance from time to time. Doing some daily activity is essential to improve our circulation, and allow oxygen to reach each of our tissues. Well, this is clear to us, but do you also practice some facial exercise? Not?
